I confess that I rarely comes to the idea of buying Boursin, in fact almost never. Not that I dislike, but rather because I associate it more as a cooking aid that cheese eaten with bread. Chicken Skewers way chich taouck


Serves 4 600 g chicken breasts 1 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil 1 jar
Boursin Cuisine "shallots and chives "

salt 1 cucumber, pepper
few pinches of Espelette
10 sheets of chopped parsley 4 patties
Lebanese bread

Preparation.
In a bowl, mix the juice lemon, olive oil with two tablespoons of Boursin Cuisine "shallots and chives. Add salt and pepper. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and thread onto small skewers. Arrange in a dish and cover with the preparation Boursin Cuisine "shallots and chives. Marinate in fridge for 1 o'clock. Peel the cucumber and cut into very thin slices.
