Non Drinking Initiation Ideas

Black pudding with pear sauce, honey spice

Ok the black pudding with apples is a must timeless but sometimes you need to know how to renew. And sometimes, I like totally change an ingredient to find a new association. In winter there is little choice rather small seasonal fruit: apples, pears, oranges ... The tour is pretty quick. But these fruits are at the peak of their taste for certain varieties such as Comice pears fund and fragrant.

pears are cooked in honey. For the occasion, I opened a jar of Cuisimiel I had not tested yet. Specially dedicated to cook fruits and desserts This includes honey fruity almonds, turmeric, orange, star anise, vanilla, mint, cinnamon, lemon and pepper along. If you do not, do not panic, use an acacia honey by adding spices mentioned above or just a little pepper.

To give a little more spice, I added a few pinches of Espelette. Here again it is not mandatory but if you have, the ingredient that gives relief to this entry. And for pudding? I took the sausage with onions that had been well behaved in maki with apples.
