In 2009, we received 283 families (including 202 new ones) with a total of 790 people.
We receive every Wednesday at the grocery store, between 80 to 90 families.
The drop in attendance compared to 2008, comes either from being more common in the intervention area of the Carrefour Solidarity (3) is of significant reductions in some communes (2 mainly).
Who comes to groceries social
Four major groups of families are distinguished:
➢ parent families: 86
➢ couples with children: 94
➢ couples without children (older people in general): ➢
24 singles, often young and old: 79
The end of the year saw an upsurge in attendance at the grocery store (+ 40%). Dramatic situations emerged: young families without resources, sometimes leaving the spouse without a word.
45 families attended assiduously the grocery store all year (retirees with low incomes, a housewife with several young children ...).
